Hythe Market is an outdoor market with around 50 stalls, held on Tuesdays at St John's Street car park. You can buy almost anything here including the freshest vegetables, diy tools, meat, cheese, clothing and pet products.

 Leicester's large covered market is steeped in over 700 years of history. Located right at the heart of the city centre, it is open six days a week and always a hive of activity.
The large outdoor area is packed full of fruit and vegetable stalls, as well as clothes, fabric and bric a brac. Behind the Corn Exchange in the Market Centre are many more indoor stalls, selling fresh fish, meat and cheeses. These include the local specialities of Melton Mowbray Pork Pies and Stilton. With around 80 stalls it's worth just browsing to soak up the busy, friendly atmosphere. |

Rayleigh's ancient market, which back to the 12th century and is the second oldest in the country (after Colchester), had been experiencing dwindling trade when the town council decided to take it over and move it to its new location in the heart of the town outside Boots. 
The first in a series of monthly night markets will be held in Barker’s Pool, Sheffield on February 8th from 8am until 9pm. The market is expected to feature around 50 stalls with the emphasis on local arts, crafts and produce which have been made or manufactured by a Sheffield person. If successful the market will run throughout the year on the second Wednesday of each month.
